Architectural and Landscape Guidelines

To ensure a consistent high quality of landscaping, streetscape development and building design throughout The Vintage, strict architectural and landscape guidelines have been carefully considered and established. These guidelines serve to protect the integrity of your investment at The Vintage as well as respect the natural Hunter Valley landscape and vast history.

The Vintage has incorporated “Architectural and Landscape Guidelines” into the contract for sale, and the Design Review Committee (DRC) has been established for the sole purpose of approving all residential design application. The DRC will put into effect these guidelines, ensuring the long-term cohesive development of each precinct. The guidelines also ensure the overall vision for The Vintage is maintained, thereby enhancing the integrity of the community and the value of your investment.

Choosing a Builder

There are no restrictions on who you must use as a builder, however all properties do need to comply with the Architectural and Landscape Guidelines. Many of the Hunter Valley local project and master builders have built at The Vintage.

There are 2 precincts at The Vintage which have additional building requirements. These precincts are referred to our “Exclusive Precincts” where one off design homes are required.

Connections and Facilities

Each residential lot at The Vintage provides access to town water, town sewer, natural gas, underground power, telephone connection, free-to-air TV reception with additional provision for Pay TV, 3G, ADSL and/or NBN.
