Grapemobile Bicycle Hire

While you are visiting the vineyards you might like to get a bit of fresh country air into your lungs and get a bit of exercise while exploring the area at your own pace.The best way to do this is on a bike.

Grapemobile Bike Hire is located at the Pokolbin Brothers Vineyard in Palmers Lane. They have a range of different styles of bikes to suit all ages, including tandems.

Hunter Valley Classic Carriages

Horse drawn carriage tours pick up hotel guests from Chateau Elan at The Vintage.
Clip-clop your way along the tree-lined back roads of Pokolbin in our unique western themed Cobb & Co. Stage Coach or Old Style Covered Wagon.Your day includes visiting a selection of wineries, ranging from the smaller boutique style to the larger more commercial wineries.

Small Winemakers Centre

Open 10am to 5pm 7 Days. The Small Winemakers centre is the 'must visit' Cellar Door in the Hunter Valley !

They have six of the finest winemakers from the Hunter with over 30 wines on tasting and a range that spans from traditional Semillon and Shiraz to Sangiovese, Viognier, Barbera and Tempranillo. Add to that Sparkling and Port wines and you will be spoilt for choice!

Six winemakers - Andrew Thomas, Suzanne Little, David Hook, Ian LIttle, Andrew Margan and Keith Tulloch have between then amassed more than 60 trophies and hundreds of medals. Small Winemakers Centre is a showcase for their talents and Chateau Elan at  The Vintage features these wine makers in the mini bars and in-room wine cellars.
