My massage and facial were absolutely divine! It was so relaxing and nurturing and I would recommend a visit to Chateau Elan to everyone! I shall return!

I have had the most wonderful experience here at Chateau Elan. Like most people i have a high stress level in my life in Sydney and have unwound completely here. Every single person I have dealt with here has made my needs their priority. I love it here and will come back as soon as i can. I love the Paris Suite!

Just wonderful. The hot stone massage was fantastic and every staff member, from Reception through to my Therapist were highly professional, wonderfully welcoming and hospitable. Throughly enjoyable and relaxing. Many Thanks

My entire experience here has been nothing short of exceptional. The entire team exemplifies professionalism with a willingness to do whatever is in their power to make myself feel more comfortable. I have never been so spoiled in my life. Natalie was my Massage Therapist, and once again, was nothing short of exceptional. Thank you so much!

We stumbled across Chateau Elan when we made the last minute decision to have a weekend escape and can’t wait to come back! This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Thanks Samantha for making us feel so welcome and to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Our room (the Spa Suite) was just incredible, every feature, even the city theme was perfect for us and our taste. We look forward to coming back very soon, thanks again.

What a fabulous weekend away! Our room was so comfortable, modern and had everything we could had possibly wanted. The food at the restaurant was devine, as were the after dinner cocktails. What truely made our stay were the fabulous staff, who were all so helpful, well spoken and high spirited. We were made to feel like the most important people in the world! We will definitely be back again, without a doubt.

Our first visit to the Hunter Valley, my husband and I were very impressed by Chateau Elan. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was pristine and modern but warm. The food at Legeds grill was divine, and our spa treatments were absolutely outstanding. I was totally satisfied with our spa suite which offered us complete privacy and comfort. Highly recommended!

To Whom it may concern, we stayed in a two bedroom villa on the weekend. The atmosphere sourounding the grounds was bliss!! Every staff member that we encountered were polite and very accommodating. The perfect get away for the girls, (we organised a girls only escape) no kids, pampering, food, wine .... what else could you ask for... oh and not to mention the helicopter ride the staff organised for us. We will be back !!!! Thanks so much, we are highly recommending to family and friends!

We love The Vintage. With the addition of Chateau Elan, it is now the complete package for us for an ideal short escape. Quality is the key word for the spa, accommodation, service and dining. The serene atmosphere is complemented by the exciting range of activities on offer at the golf club and in neighbouring vineyards. We will be back again soon.

We just recently stayed, last weekend in fact. The 1 bed villas are lovely. Plenty of room. The staff were so polite from the moment I rang to say we would be late. Every staff member was attentive and polite. The food was great, perfectly poached eggs in the morning too!. Thanks for making our weekend so comfortable. Will be returning again soon.

We have stayed at several different places in the Hunter Valley and this was without doubt the best hotel experience we have ever had. The spa suite was gorgeous; spacious, modern and the bed was super comfy. The staff were excellent and we will definitely be returning!

To whom it may concern,

I recently stayed at the resort with my partner and had a lovely time.

Your staff were polite and very attentive, without being too overbearing.

The rooms were tastefully decorated and we loved that the television could turn around so one person could sleep whilst the other could watch tv - fantastic idea.

I'm sure we will visit again soon.
