At Chateau Elan we occasionally have limited dates available for conference during the year. We are pleased to offer a special room rate of $149 per night per room on the following available dates. Be quick as this special rate won't last long!

Booking Terms: Room only, single or twin occupancy. Run of house. Must be booked in conjunction with at least one full days conference package. Direct bookings only, quoted as nett rates. Hot dates are subject to availability and are released 3 months in advance.
Conference Venues at Château Élan
For conferencing in the Hunter Valley, business, team-building or forging client relationships, Château Élan's Hunter Valley on-site venues can be oriented to suit the purpose of your conference or event.
The Founders Room
The largest venue at 300 sqm is located adjacent to the elegant Château Élan Hunter Valley Destination Spa. With a modern, elegant interior, the Founders Room can accomodate 240 in theatre-style seating or 330 for cocktails and enjoys views over The Vintage Golf Course.

Barrington Room
Sitting beside the Club House at the top of The Vintage Golf Course, the Barrington Room has a modern, elegant interior enjoying views over the manicured 18th green and valley beyond. It can accommodate up to 150 in theatre-style seating or 110 for dining.

Barrington Board Rooms
Sitting beside the Club House at the top of The Vintage Golf Course, the Barrington Board Rooms offer two intimate modern boardrooms for up to 15 guests. Wireless internet, and catering are available.

Carriage House
The sandstone of the Carriage House was rescued from a property in the Hunter Valley built in 1834 by convict labour. The marks of the men who cut and worked the stone blocks can still be seen.
